Boardwalk Celebrates 30 Years of The Lost Boys
SANTA CRUZ, CA (June 20, 2017) – The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk joins the rest of Santa Carla this week in celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Lost Boys. The cult classic vampire movie will be shown free on Main Beach in front of the Boardwalk on Wednesday, June 21 at 9pm.
Filmed on location in Santa Cruz in 1986, the film directed by Joel Schumacher stars Kiefer Sutherland, Corey Feldman, Jason Patric, Jami Gertz, and the late Corey Haim. In addition to watching The Lost Boys movie free on the Beach, Boardwalk visitors purchasing a ride wristband after 5pm this Wednesday will receive free glow-in-the-dark vampire teeth, while supplies last. Unlimited ride wristbands are just $14.95 + tax after 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday nights with any empty Pepsi beverage container.
