Request Permission for Social Media Content Creation
We love partnering with creators who can authentically capture the fun, energy, and classic California charm of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. If you’re an influencer, blogger, or content creator looking to produce social content this is the place to start. While we love seeing the Boardwalk shared by our guests and fans locally and around the world, permission is required for influencers, content creators, or anyone producing content for commercial or promotional purposes.
To help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines:
Content Creation Guidelines
- Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted on the Boardwalk without prior approval.
- Cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, and similar devices are not allowed on rides unless specifically approved and supervised by Boardwalk staff.
- Drones are strictly prohibited on or near the Boardwalk.
- All approved creator visits must follow guest safety policies and our Code of Conduct.

Depending on the nature of the content and production, Proof of Insurance may be required and location fees may apply.
