Santa Cruz, CA – Come celebrate the vibrant traditions of the Latino community with mariachi, folklorico dancers, and a free beach concert this Sunday, September 11 at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Guests will also get to enjoy fun food and beverage specials throughout the day.
Boardwalk rides and games will be operating from 12:00pm – 7:00pm. Arcades will be open from 10:0am – 9:00pm. Special food and beverages celebrating Latino culture will be available throughout the day. Mariachis will perform on the Boardwalk at 12:00pm followed by folklorico dancers at 2:00pm. From 3:00pm – 4:30pm Sonora Santanera: Tributo to Carlos Colorado will perform a free concert on the Boardwalk’s Main Stage.
“We are thrilled to host Fiesta en la Playa at the Boardwalk,” said Kris Reyes, Boardwalk spokesperson. “This is a very popular event, and we are excited to celebrate Latino culture with awesome performances, live music and great food.”
